Household, HH; Ecology (Subtropical, SuT); Gender (Male, M and Female, F); Education (Literate, Li denotes interviewees who can write and read and Illiterate, Il); and Age categories include young, middle, and old age, YA (19–39 years) MA (40–59), and OA (> 60 years). Regarding ethnicity, language, and religion, all interviewees belong to the Amhara ethnic group and speak the Amharic language and all are Christian. With respect to occupation, 96% were engaged in farming, while the remaining were forest rangers and herdsmen
